Hi Akshaya, I have a corporate gifting firm since 4 years. I am trying to scale it up and want to automate a few processes. I request you to share your advice on the below points on my mind: 1. what should one look at when finding/ finalizing a business partner 2. what free CRM softwares can be used to capture leads from various social media platforms and emailers and website. Can you share the steps to be taken for this 3. is it a good idea to develop an internal resource for social media or outsource it to an agency? Thanks and regards Gunjan

Hi Gunjan, \nIt's great to hear about your business. Here are my thoughts on your questions -\n1. While finding a business partner look for skills that you currently dont have. Someone who will help take over a responsiblity instead of duplicating what you already excel at.\n2. There are quite a few available in the market, you'll have to explore what suits your requirements and which is comfortable for you to work with. Zoho and Salesforce are the more common ones that you can look at. For capturing leads from the website you can integrate MailChimp. You will have to register on these sites and follow the steps. These are pretty straight forward and easy to implement. \n3. Social Media Management can take up a lot of time. Whether to develop an internal source or outsource it depends primarily on your budgets, the frequency of posting, other online requriements like managing online ads etc. If you find a part time resource definately explore In-house since Outsourced agencies may have a cap on how many posts they'll do daily / weekly etc. \nHope this answers all your queries. All the best with your business :)\nCheers Akshaya
