Anumeha asked

Hello Devapriya, I am a software consultant by profession. I have done my MCA and working in IT industry for a decade now. I still feel im not doing what i actually want to do. And still have lot of potential which is unleashed. One of the major reasons is monetory matters. I am trained kathak dancer as well and have a visharad degree in kathak and won many awards at various competitions in school and college. But im out of touch with it for a decade now. I wish to get back to dancing because that is something which comes naturally to me. I wish to start something of my own. But i am not sure how to go about with it. I dont have any business plan in mind. All i am thinking currently is to join an institute and get back to dancing again. But how to start something(classes to start with baby steps) of my own? I can only invest weekends currently as i have a full time job and cant leave it due to various laibilities. But wish to start dance classes which pays me back and i feel good about it. And can slowly over the period of time convert into a full time proffession. So that my finances are not effected. Looking forward for your valuable inputs. Regards, Anumeha.

Hello Anumeha, I think it is absolutely incredible that you have a passion that you are keen to follow and turn into your profession. And you have actually answered your own question. Many of those who have converted their passion into their profession have gradually built up their venture while simultaneously pursuing a fulltime job. I would advise you to do so as well. Dedicating weekends to dance is a great plan. First, get back into practise by joining an institute, as you have rightly mentioned. Next would be to upgrade your skills and get certified as a professional instructor. These steps would hold you in good stead to help you pursue your career as an instructor. However, do assess the financial viability of earning completely from dance. This is important specially since you mention that you have several liabilities. Do the math carefully and only if your financial requirements can be met through the dance classes that you would like to take up, should you finally quit your IT job. Balance is the key to success here. Good luck! Regards, Devapriya

Hi Shruti, My advice to you would be to continue with your corporate job till you figure out your options of working from home. You could start your search for a flexible or work-from-home opportunity. Sheroes has a few such opportunities suitable for marketing professionals on its job board. Have you posted your resume yet? Being in Mumbai, you will definitely come across work-from-home opportunities if you conduct your search in a patient and systematic manner. But till you get something tangible in hand, please don't quit, else you will end up feeling very frustrated, as getting a good opportunity will take time and patience. All the very best!

Hi Sarika, Identifying your niche is a very good starting point and I am impressed by your clarity and focus. The next step for you would be to put together your business plan so that you have a clear idea of your milestones and the finances required at every milestone. A good digital company/resource will be able to help you implement your brand plan but first you need to craft your plans and clearly document your branding goals, your values and all the other elements that define your business brand as well as your personal brand. Are you looking at putting up the online consultation interface on your own website? Are you considering other digital platforms as well? Have you identified specialists that will manage the implemetation and the maintenance? Are you interested in incorporating an offline component as well? What are your promotional plans and budgets? All these would form an integral part of your strategy. In case you need guidance in preparing a blueprint for your brand, you could connect with me at devapriya@212deg.com.

Hi Monika, Thanks for connecting.Yes, you could definitely switch to digital marketing as this domain has a lot of opportunities. Every industry and every brand now has a digital marketing team or outsources its digital marketing requirements to external strategists. You could work with an organization as part of their marketing team or with a digital agency which offer their services to multiple brands. You could set up your own digital consultancy firm or you could choose to work as a freelancer. Hence, your options would be many. There are several digital marketing certification programs that you could take up in order to reskll/upskill. Hi Radhika, Are you open to doing some certification programs that would equip you to take on a new career path aligned to your past experience? If so, you could look at becoming a soft skills or behavioural trainer or even an image consultant. As a trainer you could freelance or work full time with a training and development firm. As an image consultant, you have the flexibility to do meaningful and creative work as an entrepreneur. Both avenues are suitable for a person with your teaching experience. 29 Feb 2016, 05:33pm
Hi Shilpa, Glad to know that you are inspired by personal branding and its immense opportunities in today's competitive environment. Increasingly, working professionals, students, entrepreneurs and even C-suite executives are opting for professional counselling to build themselves as brands, for both professional success and personal fulfilment. However, this field has not developed sufficiently in India to be creating jobs for many. And is also highly specialised, requiring certification and training before one can coach others. You could, however, consider a career in image consultancy, which combines soft skills as well as image management and provides flexible career opportunities for women who are in your phase in life. There are several online options available, but one of the few institutes that provide this training in India is The Image Consultant Business Institute (ICBI) which has centres all across India. You could connect with any one of these centres and take the discussions forward. If you seeking to become a soft skills trainer, then there are various training organizations and companies in India today - too many in fact! You could search for these online in your city of convenience and apply to be a freelancer with them or intern with them to initially gain experience before you decide which would be your area of specialization. Good luck!

25 Feb 2016, 03:25pm
Hello Vineeta, Yours is a very pertinent question indeed. Proper etiquette and effective communication skills is a necessity in business but often these very basics are lacking in organizations. Specially in service-oriented industries such as travel and tourism, etiquette and communication play a key role in maintaining a competitive edge and business success. I am not aware of the protocol or hierarchy in your organization, but a good way to proceed would be to speak with your immediate manager or a trusted senior and share your concerns with him/her. Regarding training, we work with organizations like yours on a regular basis to impart etiquette and communications training through workshops and individual consultation. For these you could get in touch with me at khanna.devapriya@gmail.com.

Dear Devapriya, First of all, I would like to thank you for taking out time to discuss our concerns and provide valuable guidance. I worked in an insurance company for about 11 years in Operations/Customer service department. After a gap of 3 years, currently looking for a part time/freelancing opportunity. There are not many options of freelancing in operations, so I am also planning to enhance my skills to keep myself updated with current trends. I am looking forward to join one of the two courses, either a Project Management course or a digital marketing course. I don't have any previous experience in marketing, so am not sure how beneficial the digital marketing course will be for an operations person. However, I feel that this is a great skill in demand and also with knowledge of digital marketing, I can work as a freelancer. On the other hand, I worked previously as a project manager and think that a Project Management course will add value to my existing experience. Could you please guide me on this? Thank you for your time!
23 Feb 2016, 10:09am
Dear Shachi, I would advise you to continue with your area of specialization. Firstly, although digital marketing is much in demand today, nevertheless, there are an equally large number of service providers and experts to fulfil this gap. Many seasoned marketers are also choosing digital marketing to foray into entrepreneurship. Hence a late entrant like you with no experience in this field will have to struggle a lot before you can gain business traction. On the contrary, if you build on your past experience in project management and operations but doing a relevant course, you would be in a better positon to establish yourself quickly. Do let me know what you decide! Regards, Devapriya

Do i have any job opportunities??
27 Jan 2016, 01:08pm
Hi Saroni, Yes, you are sure to come across the right opportunity if you are persistent and conduct your search in a systematic and relevant manner. Many large organizations such as GE, Philips, Godrej and others have Diversity and Inclusion teams which focus on creating projects for returning women professionals. Genpact Career 2.0 is one such program that is aimed at women who are looking to make a comeback to the corporate world after a sabbatical or a career break. It would be a good idea for you to do some research to see if you can find the right opportunities within these organizations. In addition, since you have a key accounts background, you could definitely try for opportunities in a business development or key accounts role with a marketing-oriented organization, service providers such as event /media agencies and even start-ups. Explore online search portals to investigate what opportunities are currently available. Do apply to multiple job posts so as to keep your options open. I am sure you have spread the word amongst ‘networked’ people within your family and social circles that you are looking for a job and would appreciate any leads that can come your way. Reconnect with your previous employers to refer you, if they are not able to absorb you. I would also advise you to attend local industry meets and conferences where you will get to meet relevant people from your industry and you may be able to establish some very valuable contacts. Meanwhile, use the time that you have now for self-development. Learn a new skill, invest in physical and spiritual well-being. Take the time to choose your next opportunity wisely, as it is best that you don’t take up the first offer that comes your way. Good luck!

Dear Soniya, For many reasons, teaching is arguably the best job out there for women who seek to balance home and work. Timings are shorter and holidays coincide with those of one's own children. Moreover, job satisfaction is incredible, specially the opportunity to be able to influence and educate bright young minds. Since you have had some experience in corporate training, teaching should come to you naturally. If you are an organized individual, good with time management, planning, and multi-tasking and like being with children, you should find out more about relevant teaching opportunities that exist in Surat. You could also see if you can resurrect your corporate training career and freelance as a trainer with well known training firms in your city. Hi Devapriya, I am currently part of Sales team at Dabur with 1.5 years exp. Reason I joined sales was because it is always necessary to have sales experience to switch to Marketing profile. I want to know when would it be apt time for me to switch to marketing profile and what should I do to get into one?
24 Jan 2016, 10:12pm
Hi Gunjan, You are privileged to be part of one of the best Sales teams of Corporate India, in the FMCG industry. You are right - to move into a consumer marketing role with an FMCG of repute, you will need to have a good amount of sales experience. Your foundation will become extremely strong and that will stand you in good stead throughout your marketing career. It would be best for you to discuss with your manager and the HR department with regard to marketing opportunities within your existing organization, as it is much easier to move within the current organization than it is to be able to penetrate an altogether new organization. So, do find out what the organization requires in order for you to be able to equip yourself to make the move. it is always a good idea to keep your supervisor and the HR manager in the loop regarding your career goals and aspirations. Your 2nd strategy would, of course, be to seek marketing opportunities with other organizations. With a foundation in sales with an FMCG, you stand a good chance to be recruited by a marketing oriented organization in other industries as well. I am not sure if you have done your MBA or equivalent. Marketing roles, particularly in the larger organizations definitely will have an MBA as a criteria. If not, do see if you would like to take some time off to pursue an MBA and return to the full-time career of your choice. I would advise you to pursue both options in parallel, and do your research carefully and then make an informed decision. Good luck!

Dear Ma'am I m a MBA (Business Economics) passout.. currently based out in ahmedabad.. i am intetested in working as a Market research or Brand analyst job profile as a freelancer. Would be great if you can help me with the same. Regards Nisha
06 Jan 2016, 12:06pm
Dear Nisha, A market research career is apt for women, particularly if you are keen on working as a freelancer. A bachelor's degree is a minimum requirement for most jobs in marketing research. A strong background in English and courses in marketing, economics, statistics, psychology, sociology, and political science are very useful. Good communication skills are also important. Many graduates start out in trainee jobs as coders or tabulators, then become interviewers or research assistants before moving up to higher-level jobs. Since you are already suitably qualified for a market research role, you should craft your resume specifically to showcase the same to your future employees. Make a list of the leading firms in Ahmedabad (or if you are not geographically constrained, you could choose your location and tailor your job search accordingly) and apply to the same through a placement agencies and communities catering specifically to freelance and project-based jobs (try the online ones). You could decide to either join multinational MR agencies like Nielsen, TNS, IPSOS, GFK, IMRB, etc. or a mid-sized Indian MR agency like MDRA, Market-Xcel, Market Pulse. You could also apply to the in-house MR department of the 'client' though I am not sure many of them would offer freelance options. The MNC agencies would be your best bet as they outsource a lot of work to freelance project managers. A Business Economics degree stands you in good stead to get a job in a leading firm, so please choose your employer wisely and do not short-change yourself. if you want to go into business research you could connect with KPO's like Genpact, Evalueserve, Gartner to name few.Financial companies like Goldman Sachs, Mckinsey, Captial IQ also hire analysts and researchers on a freelance basis. A few suggestions on how to get good freelance opportunities are - network extensively, become an active blogger in your chosen field, build a dossier of your past work (if any) and do extensive research on the companies that offer such opportunities. The freelance job market is crowded, hence you will need to be resilient and patient. However, once you can crack the right opportunities, the benefits are manifold. Good luck!

Dear Shivani, Thank you for connecting. I am privileged to have been a source of inspiration to you. Do let me know if you are looking to get back to fulltime work or considering flexi/work-from-home opportunities? In either of the cases, here are a few tips to keep in mind while you prepare to get back after more than 4 years of being at home: Tips to ease back: • Find out what you really like doing and pursue that. In your case, would you like to continue with market research or are you open to exploring new career avenues? Maybe you can look for some work-from-home or flexi-time opportunities with your previous employer or other market research firms? Or even a start-up looking for affordable research requirements but cannot afford a full time resource. This would enable you to ease back into your work-life very gradually, making the transition easier and equipping your family to deal with the change better. Scan the Sheroes.in career opportunities page on a regular basis for suitable assignments that match your profile. Spread the word that you are looking to get back. • If money is not a driving force, try to volunteer in your chosen field before you actually get back to a full-fledged job. This will help you get updated on the latest developments and trends that have taken place while you were away. • Keep your past connections alive and make new ones. Active networking is important to be able to get the right break. And sometimes the best opportunities come via word-of-mouth and referrals. • Update your resume and LinkedIn profile. A very professional head-shot is a must. Your resume and your LinkedIn profiles are your best marketing tools when you are looking for a job, hence invest time and energy in making these best-in-class. • Build your support structure. This would include your family/your friends or neighbours/very reliable hired help or whatever support structure works best for you but invest in them adequately as they will eventually be the reason that you will be able to step out of home to pursue your goals and ambition. • Invest in building your personal brand. This would include brushing up on your appearance, etiquette, communication skills and, as mentioned before, your digital presence. Above all, stay determined and motivated. The road back to work post a hiatus is never easy and managing the balancing act seems impossible at times, but if you keep your eye on your goals and manage your time and resources well, you will soon be back with a bang and love it! All the very best and do keep us posted about your journey ahead!

Kindly help me out , it will be very much help as you know sacrificing for family means to woman only ...nobody understand this..
29 Jul 2015, 07:53am
Dear Rachana, According to a recent article in Hindustan Times, getting back to your corporate career after a break or sabbatical is much more possible now than ever before. The article states that “there is a revolving door in Corporate India now to help women stay or return to the work-force, and ….women who had personal aspirations or family responsibilities used to find it difficult to return to work. No longer.” So, the first step for you is NOT to lose hope or get frustrated. A break of one year is not much and you can easily cover it up in the long run. Your PMP certification will definitely provide you with a boost, as it is the most important industry-recognized certification for project managers. The search for the right job will take time as there are many women vying for the same jobs. But, the opportunities today are also much more than ever before in Corporate India. Hyderabad, moreover, is the hub of opportunities for project coordination/management. There are several openings also, for the same. But you have to approach the search process in a planned and systematic manner. Your job search is nothing less than a project, so put your project management skills into place here as well. Are you registered on online job sites? These are often the best sources of well-matched job opportunities. Hyderabad also has many placement agencies. Please ensure you are in touch with the best ones in your field; choose wisely to avoid having your resume floating around in an untargeted manner. It is also a good idea to attend local industry meets and conferences where you will get to meet relevant people from your industry and if your networking skills are good, you may be able to establish some very valuable contacts. Please do not shy away from spreading the word in your family and social circles that you are looking for a job and would appreciate any leads that can come your way. Reconnect with your previous employers to refer you, if they are not able to absorb you. Learn a new skill, invest in physical and spiritual well-being, focus on your certification course and stay happy. If you get too stressed with your current professional situation of being without a job, you may end up making the wrong choice and accept the first offer that comes your way. Good luck, Rachana and stay motivated. This is a phase and soon this too shall pass!

RIDDHI asked

Hello Devpriya, I am French-English Bilingual. After working for 4 years with hospitals as French Interpreter and Translator, I have started my own medical tourism firm. Due to lack of financial support I cannot travel to countries for searching patients. I would like to explore the options which can help me increase the number of patients to India for treatment through my firm. Regards, Riddhi
06 Jul 2015, 11:14am
Dear Riddhi, Over the past decade the medical tourism business has witnessed phenomenal growth and now is undoubtedly the right time to be in this business. Medical tourism as a business idea is a lucrative potential opportunity for those entrepreneurs who have knowledge of medical services. Your language proficiency and knowledge of French is an additional benefit. You would need to form strong alliances with a few travel companies. Through these you could consider providing value added services such as help with procuring a medical visa, travel bookings, airport transfers, consultation with appropriate specialists, pre-operation accommodation etc. These travel partners in turn can promote your services via their websites and customer cross sell. In addition, invest in a best-in-class website that is designed to appeal to the sensibilities of upscale customers. Build your brand primarily using online channels, such as your business website, a colourful yet informative Facebook page (who says medical topics have to be dull and boring – stand out by being creative with your promotional tools!) and ensure you have a super professional Linkedin profile which connects you with influencers within the travel and medical business and groups and communities related to the same. The aim here is to ensure maximum visibility to be able to stand out. Since most of your prospects are internet-savvy and do their research online, investing in SEO is a must for you. Here again, eye-catching, visual based content will help you stand out amidst the clutter. Be selective about the hospitals and medical service providers that you tie up with as these can make or break your reputation. Marketing alliances with the hospitals including promotional camps at their premises (maybe even a small desk there with information about your services) and your website link on their websites will further help you drive awareness about your firm. The opportunities that exist in alliances are endless, provided you are able to harness them. Tap into the growing expatriate community that exists in India and take referrals. Focus on customization and then on customer satisfaction as strong word-of-mouth advertising will be your best marketing tool. Good luck!

Hi Devpriya Hope you are doing well. I had a few questions, would be great if you can help me answer those. What is a brand strategist? How can one be a brand strategist? I have been working inbound communication for sometime now. I wish to now change path and get into branding. How do I do that? Engineer by qualification but Marketeer by profession. Would MBA degree help to get into strategy role?
23 Jun 2015, 11:57am
Hi Shrishti, These are interesting and relevant questions and it is good to see the clarity of your goals. Here is my response. A brand strategist is typically a person who works on a brand (product/service) and is involved in developing strategies for the same. This is usually a middle-level to senior person in the in-house marketing team of a company or in an external agency/consultancy. A Brand Strategist's most important mandate is to ensure the conceptualisation and delivery of a consistent and effective brand message. A strategist will develop positioning recommendations, guide market research analysis and define brand elements and tone. A Brand Strategist will find ways to further enhance the branding of a product or service, as well as develop a marketing plan, including decisions on which communication channels to use, through analysis of current market data and trends. A Brand Strategist should be detail oriented, as well as be familiar with statistics and research analysis. He or she will often need to be forward-thinking to anticipate future trends and success of a product or service. To be a brand strategist, you have to be strong on both sides of the brain - at once data-oriented and analytical AND creative, culturally-savvy, and in tune with people on an emotional/ empathetic level. Being an engineer by qualification and a Marketeer by profession, you already have an edge as you have developed both these aspects. The Brand Strategist position generally requires a post graduate degree in marketing (MBA/PGDM). Since you are already in a communications role, you could look out for opportunities within the branding team in your current organisation and request for a switch as and when an opportunity arises. Else, you could specifically search for branding/marketing opportunities outside of your current organisation and make the switch only when you come across the right fit. Your consideration set should include marketing-oriented corporates and advertising agencies/marketing consultancy firms. An MBA degree, as I mentioned before, is definitely required as branding jobs are highly sought after and you need to equip yourself with the best possible qualifications and work experience so as to become a compelling package. Hope this helps. Good luck!

Hello Devapriya, I have a dual MS degree in Environmental Science (one from Calcutta University and the other one from Arkansas State University). I returned from USA in 2010 and my career has been, sort of, in a long hiatus ever since. Presently, I am working as a Consultant Editor in one of the Bangalore based companies and before marriage I had worked at several other organizations, Axis Bank being one of them. I totally work from home now (currently located in Mumbai), as I have to take care of my daughter as well, who is 4 years old. However, I simply crave to go back to doing some real creative work again. Based on my profile that's registered with Sheroes already, could you please suggest me a few career options, not jobs though, that I can pursue? I am even open to honing my skills, if I have to, by means of any certification/online courses. I would truly appreciate your advice/guidance in this regard.

Hi Devapriya, I have around 8 Years of experience in corporate sector starting as a customer service representative and gradually moving up the ladder as a training professional(soft skills and voice and accent). The last stint was of a Training manager handling end to end functioning of the training department in an LPO. I am also a COPC registered co-ordinator (March 2013). However, I am currently on a break ( 2 years now) since I decided to focus on my family and baby. My baby is my priority (which I am sure is the same with all mothers :) )and hence in a dilemma to start working in the corporate sector again (mostly because all my job roles has been extremely demanding). I am keen to look at opportunities wherein, I don't have to compromise on taking care of my child(i.e., put him in a day care) and work at the same time. I would really want to start with something which will help me grow as a professional and at the same time enjoy my work without having to worry about "who is going to take care of my baby in my absence?" Really need some guidance and apologise for the long question. Thanks in advance.

Hi Devapriya, I have MBA degree from Jamia Hamdard and I have around 14 months of market research experience after which I took a break for a year after my marriage and then I started working with my husband on a start-up which I pursued for 18 months. My husband was working part-time on the startup and after we relocated to Bangalore, he got very busy with his new job and then we got pregnant in Oct 2015. Long story short, we decided to fold up our start-up and I am really lost at what to do next. With a small baby to take care of, I am looking at opportunities that will help me get connected with interesting colleagues and work style that will allow me to take care of a new-born. I don't want to go back to market research and since my past experience has been a bit unstable so I don't know what and how to look for new opportunities. I am open to invest time and money on training/ courses, provided I have a clear plan on what to do next after that. Would be great if you have any suggestions for me. Regards, Tanu

Dear Devapriya, We are a Bangalore based education company since 2007 and expert at developing Maths and English content for early education from 4 to 12 years of age. We started www.10on10.in to fight the phobia of Mathematics among the student. We did a comprehensive research why student has fear for Maths though it is very critical subject no matter what career a student chooses. Our research shows that the 90% student fails in Maths or they do not like Maths as a subject. So the potential of our product is huge and for your information over 100,000 students have benefited from our product and that too in 260 cities of India and from last year we are operating in Australia as well. The breadth of our reach is very large but we could not penetrate the depth in customer reach. As we were operating since last year as a on line selling company and the word of mouth bringing the customer to our website and enrolled to our program and we used to deliver our uniquely designed work book month on month at customer door step as our program is "AFTER SCHOOL AT HOME PROGRAM". From this year we want to increase our depth in customer reach, we took a decision to bring on board (on commission based) self driven individual who wants to work in the education sector to bring a better change in it. We found your website a better fit in for our requirement. We posted the ad and we got quality and quantity leads in no time and one turned up as well. But the problem is the leads we got from www.sheroes.in they are convinced of our product but they do not want to work as it is a sale kind of work and they all are looking for content developing, doing market research and a fixed salary. Now would you please suggest what I need to do to reach to the right candidate. I tried to explain to the best of my knowledge and if you want any further details please feel to reach out. I will forward you the brochure explaining everything in details. Chandan singh Tel- 8431635088 Email- chandan@10on10.in We at www.10on10.in

Greetings Devpriya. I have worked extensively in Sales/ after sales/ Customer Care Department with various companies like: Xerox Modi Corp and GM. Then at Accenture, Bangalore I worked as CSE and moved up to Team Leader. We moved to Nigeria as my husband got an opportunity to work in his Arena of Career. I worked in Nigeria with a Private Turkish Institution extensively to set-up and launch a University. I handled most of their administrative responsibilities. My last assignment was with a US Investor who ventured into education/ training sector to set-up IT Training Canters across Nigeria with Defence Schools and other institutions to promote IT/ ICT in schools and for Professionals from grass root level. I worked with this group for over 5 years handling operations, recruitment, training and customer support. With a work experience of over 15 years I believe my managerial ability is my greatest asset and I can delegate tasks and oversee them to ensure that they are completed on time and within budget. It takes a team to be able to execute a profitable yet noble and socially enriching enterprise and I know that I can lead this objective effectively. I know that my ability to communicate and my organizational skills would be highly beneficial to an Institution of pride and success. With excellent interpersonal skills and team management ability I know the pros and cons of every segment of business. As a solutions focused person with a comprehensive experience in training, policy/ procedure, development, budgeting, vendor negotiations and client development and relationships, I am experienced professional with documented contributions in providing superior results and I am confident: I will be a valuable asset to any firm that believes in tremendous possibilities of human mind. My interest is to seek a good opportunity and settle in the same growing with time and company. I would like to request an opportunity to see the possibilities of my placement in any sector that can exploit my abilities. India is tough in accepting people with experience from out of country and specially from African sector. I have completed 10 courses on subjects like International Organizations Management, Project Management, Strategy Planning, Sustainable Development etc. Have traveled to over 14 countries. Well versed with Global market and scenario. Need a break in India now.

Namrata asked

Hi Devapriya, I’m writing to ask you for advice related to my next career move. To give you a brief outline of my career graph, I am a visual specialist with over 14 years of work experience with leading Indian retailers in fashion, lifestyle and premium international brands. Having worked as a visual merchandiser for several years I wished to take a sabbatical as well as diversify my skills to include designing for retail environments. It was with this view I quit my job in July 2013, did a one year post graduate diploma in design and took some time off after that. Now recharged and rejuvenated, I wish to join a creative or design agency in the role of a retail creative professional. The setback I’m facing is that so far I have not received an encouraging response from such agencies, I’m not sure if this is due to • a lack of specific technical skills such as interior designing, architectural know how, graphic design etc. combined with my mid-senior level of experience, • or if I need to repackage my profile • or sparse networking skills and reach. Please find attached a link to my updated visual resume that has all the required details on my academic and professional history. https://www.behance.net/NamrataSachdev Please do let me know how I could get a foothold in my chosen arenas at my stage of career. Thank you so much for your time. Namrata.
