Dear Richa, I have done my masters in pharmacy and have worked as a quality assurance chemist, business development officer and pharma BPO sector. While working in BPO, I got opportunities in the following due to my interests in music and theatre- volunteering as a teacher for teach india spoken english program, volunteering for an NGO based in health care, story telling for children, writing blogs, doing samachars (like a radio program), I realized that i never liked pharmacy and all the jobs I did were purely based on my intellectual capabilities. Now am so confused because I feel I don't even know what I want to do as a profession. From the above list, teach india and the radio program were the ones I enjoyed the most because I was given a content and I had to use my creativity to execute it. Having a content in hand was a blessing for me in both instances because i felt less pressurized. As of now what I understand is more than the company, doing a job that I like is far more important for me. I don't want to be in corporate anymore but would prefer a 9 to 5 job. Any help in suggesting options would be great so that I can channelize my energies in selecting one and pursuing it.
